Chiller Thriller This Saturday!
Rex King, Sr. will begin his quest for a seventh championship when the BRP Modified Tour rolls into Mercer Raceway Park this Saturday, March 26. King will face stiff challenges from his Big Block brothers, led by former champions like his son, Rex, Jr., Dave Murdick, and Brian Swartzlander. Kevin Bolland has three touring wins at the speedway, and is the leader in career wins with the series. But, he has yet to win a title. Will this be the year? Don’t count out the track’s own Approved Toilet Rentals 358 Modifieds, led by defending track champion Jimmy Holden. And, who can forget the amazing display put on by track favorite Lonnie Riggs? He scored the first triumph for the local contingent last season. Another track regular, Tommy Kristyak, also owns a Modified Tour victory at the speedway, but his came with the bigger engine under the hood.
Also on the card will be the Crate Late Models, racing with no sanction. So, any car legal under RUSH, Fastrak, or CARS rules will be eligible. The UEMS Modifieds will be racing, too, along with the Precise Racing Products Open Stocks.

The Pit gates will open at the usual time, 4 p.m. Spectator gates will also open at the normal time, 4:30.
