(Mercer, PA April 29, 2016): Persistent rains saturated the grounds and the forecast calls for more moisture to fall on Mercer Raceway Park, forcing a cancellation of the racing program which was to be held on April 29. Track management has yet to determine when there will be a make-up date for the Pittsburgh Circle Track Club night. Racing will resume on May 7, with another Saturday Night Live! event, featuring all seven divisions in the unique two-staged format.
Coming up on May 14 will be the only appearance of the Arctic Cat All Stars Circuit of Champions Sprint Cars. Another popular event on the horizon will be the Mo Vaughn Transit Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series. That will feature the Sprint Cars racing without their wings on May 28. These will be can’t miss events!
